Okay I keep getting these disconnects and now it says there will be punishment for crashes I can’t do anything about. Check my last thread where I went deep into this problem. I don’t think it is fair at all that my endorsement level is downgrading to receive that punishment - whatever it will be. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone who is struggling with these kind of problems.

You appears to be playing from our EU region. Can you please run a WinMTR to capture this issue it would help figure out the source of the connection issue.

Hey again! Been a while. As far as the penalty system goes, that’s entirely automated. It doesn’t really care why you disconnect, because the impact to your fellow players is the same regardless. I cover this in some detail at this thread.
If you’re still having problems, we should pick up with troubleshooting to avoid the problem. You may also want to play a lower stakes mode like quick play, vs ai, or even custom games until we figure out what’s causing this. If you want to run another WinMTR which catches another problem like you did in our last thread, we can look for more options.

That was probably due to a known issue with Battle.net services in EU currently. We’ve got our EU server techs on this issue currently. One of our forum MVPs has a post up on this situation. There’s also a link to our twitter post on this. The issue should now be resolved.
