Leave qp to what it is it’s just qp. Put in unranked competitive in arcade mode where whoever wins gets 2 credits towards their weekly 9 game loot box quest.
Let people tryhard in there not in qp. Qp is just that qp for trying out new heroes and what not.
Or you could stop throwing by solo tanking with 5 dps and either choose a 6th dps or a healer.

Nobody likes to play a “walking out of spawn simulator” because their team refuses to make any sort of actual composition and you just get steam rolled.
I play in Comp, i play in QP and i play in Arcade and i have the same mentality for all, all that matters is winning, and no actually the only losers are people that enjoy losing

You don’t get to arbitrarily decide that just trying matters. I just like to stand around and wave at enemies and help them by escorting them to the payload. When anyone says something on my team I just respond “It’s just QP”. I mean truly what’s the difference if doing the right thing doesn’t matter? Think about it.
Right if you look on my profile i have played almost every season missed one or two and climbed from bronze to gold amd still slowly climbing? Why because i hate lising and everytime i lose i channel that anger into more effort to the next game, nobody should enjoy losing and doing that makes you a loser, losing should piss you off
But a random stranger on a forum shouldn’t piss you off. Yet you already look angry.

What is “trying to win”?
Trying to win, to me, is playing a hero that isn’t countered. Working together with your team to push a point.
It is NOT trying to win if you refuse to switch off a hero that isn’t effective for what ever reason. Maybe you’re a Widow that is hard countered and all your doing is dying, and you refuse to switch. I hear “it’s just QP” almost every time there is a bad Widow not helping…
I personally think people should be penalized for ruining 5 other peoples games.
You asked for it by queueing into QP with randoms. Make a group if you don’t want to experience other people trying to play the heroes they enjoy.
Big difference between playing a hero you enjoy, and refusing to switch when it’s not working.
Define “trying”
because if someone is saying “it’s just QP” and they’re trying to melee the enemies to death as Mercy and not healing,
then no, I don’t qualify that as trying.
If you didn’t like it, you wouldn’t play it. But then people play it and complain, and they keep playing it. 
To clarify: it’s okay to say “it’s just QP” if someone is screeching at everyone calling them bad, telling them they suck, etc. It’s not okay to say “it’s just QP” if the person is a Mercy walking up to the spawn and dancing with the enemies instead of healing or a Rein just charging off the cliff repeatedly.
QP means what it’s name implies. It doesn’t mean don’t try or contribute.
Well according to Blizzard hero choice is not throwing. Period. Any hero can work in any composition. They can play what they want.
This is the kind of stuff that just makes me laugh. No, not any hero can work, and I dont care what Blizz says about hero choice and throwing, the automated report system say’s otherwise.
