Such a thing does not exist. People like to flank, and they don’t like not getting to flank (that is, not getting sick frags from the flank).
As for the “make her more skillful” thing - she would cease to be an anti-flanker. Zen can two-tap flankers. Is he an anti-flanker?
The reason Brig, Moira, Winston work well is because they can do damage to mobile heroes consistently.
I will always stand by this idea. Creates more aim mechanics into Moira which in turn also makes her stronger.
So who is going to tell the aim elitist squad that beams get more berth when it comes to aiming because they dont get the training wheels hurtboxes on enemy heroes that hitscan and proyectiles heroes do.
i just think moira having to aim, and using her orb as her only anti-flanker thing would be best. as much as i hate flankers harrassing me/my supports, they shouldn’t be hard countered by non-dps/tank ppl
