I generally figure I know what’s going on with most ranks. Since I’ve been heavily focused on and off with class based FPS design for about the past 18 years. So I try to take the “game design” perspective, more just “this is what I see in my games”.
Seems like I’m often correct about it.

But in general, Orisa/Sigma is relatively boring. And ideally they’d get it all sorted out by the time the next OWL season spins up.
And a boring tank meta makes it so there’s fewer tanks at high ranks, and that explodes out DPS queue times for high ranks.
Also if it matters, I was high plat for at least 9 seasons, and peeked into Diamond a few times.
It’s just between work, Smash Bros, and social life stuff, and forums stuff, I haven’t been playing Overwatch as much.
