They are similar. Judging by the way most languages work the square and dot appears to be there form of Adjective, with various accents and way of writing to help establish context.

Look in Omnic… I know one letter… “o”, thanks to King’s Row and the Underground.
And they don’t match up with your example.

Yeah, it is almost a cross between the 2, with the music being used as accents which could work for a language
Thing is i’m positive it’s NONE of them. But it could just well be a notation system somewhere between these different eras.
