This years Dva legendary was already shown on Twitter many hours ago and it’s extremely detailed and well made.
D.Va went almost 2 years without a skin… before the All-star and Halloween skin.

Dva he got skin legendary on halloween 2020, so he hasn’t been 2 years without skins, Dva can keep getting skins because it isn’t abandoned by devs.
1 year and 1 months.
And he already has his skin, while Mercy has already been 1 year and 8 months and she still doesn’t get a new legendary .
The difference is that Mercy, even though she is popular and an iconic character in the game, is abandoned by the devs.
If her ult voiceline is not
