Custom Game/Workshop Bugs

Hello,

Custom Games and Workshop currently have a large variety of bugs that have impeded the game creation process and it has come to the point where many people have just given up on Workshop. A list of bugs has been compiled that negatively impact gamers the most when using the workshop. This is being submitted in hopes that these issues are fixed in a timely manner. Included, but not limited to, is a list of bugs that have been found. Many of these items are small isolated problems that have been minimally addressed and therefore add up to culminating aspects of the workshop which can be a hindrance to workshop enthusiasts everywhere. Reports of many of these bugs have been submitted and not not been resolved. I have submitted many bug reports and have linked them all here. Submitting lists of bug reports is not allowed and this is the best way I could figure out so that the bugs get attention without making a list.

^^ This! there are some communities that have a heavier focus on Custom Games and the constant bugs that hinder production strongly impede these people! i will do anything aaron

Please Please fix these bugs. Workshop has a very dedicated community of amazing people! They deserve to be seen!

I love using the workshop and its very disappointing when I find a bug that I know will not get fixed for months. Please look into this🙏

Adding on to this list of bugs whenever I find anymore.

Bastion Hero Settings - Infinite ultimate duration does nothing for him. Assuming this revolved around his old Overwatch 1 self not sure if possible to make it work with Configuration: Assault.

The neglect of workshop and its community has been a very disappointing trend for a long time now. Addressing bugs like these and others that appear would help creators take advantage of Overwatch’s great world and characters in order to build more unique games that people can enjoy.

workshop has been getting nothing but new bugs every patch and barely if any fixes every patch since ow2, please fix!!!

That’s a good one to add I had no idea. I tried to put the simpler and more widespread ones through first that had been bothering me more. I know that the Workshop Discord Community has found a lot more bugs than just this but I am hoping at least these can go through.

pretty sure the infinite ult is bugged with junkrat too, might just be any heroes with infinite ult options in general

The custom game community is such a important community to me and many of the bugs are really detremental to the overall well being of this community. I really hope that these bugs wount be looked over in the future

Please fix these bugs. I’m a big fan of the stuff that the community creates, and all of these bugs that keep appearing just makes me more and more sad to see this side of Overwatch get neglected.

I hate having bugs in any game, but the ones that allow some people to not enjoy the game to the fullest just hurt to see.

All of these bugs are actually incredibly annoying, and have completely shut down hero ideas multiple times. Its so sad
