The Set player outlines command in Workshop only starts working after the player dies at least once. Trying to activate it without death causes it to not work most of the time.

I’m locked in a cold, empty spaceship drifting through space. I’ve been isolated here for 5 years, since the release of the Overwatch Workshop. My captor, who takes on the appearance of a malevolent Winston from the “Primal Fury” custom game, says I’ll only be allowed to return to Earth when Blizzard eliminates every workshop bug. Please, I just want to go home. Please.
