Competitive Lucioball Suspension

So I was excited for Summer games, as anyone should be, and I go to check if they still had Copa Lucioball (Competitive Lucioball). But it says that I am unable to play due to ban or suspension. I am currently not banned from regular competitive, but I talked on a live chat to a game master, and he thought that it was from last year’s suspension from competitive (I got banned last year for disconnecting from too many games). He advised me to post on the forums, because he doesn’t have the power to lift suspensions form competitive. Any developers that could help? Side note: It is NOT the silence that caused the problem, the silence on my account has already been lifted. Thank you to any one who can provide answers!
