If you’re looking for his damage output, I’ve done some tests here. It takes into account his updated damage falloff (this was when that was on PTR).
The damage dropoff numbers on the wiki should be accurate, I don’t think there’s any way they could screw that up, it’s just math, no testing. Maximum damage falloff is now 50% of the maximum damage, so he would do 7.5 (but I think it’s integer division and not rounding, so 7) damage per bullet minimum.
