were banned with no email, so i dont know how to appeal the ban
i dont talk trash in game in text or in voice, i play badly sometimes so maybe i was reported for that? i have max level endorsement for whatever thats worth.
i dont cheat. heck i dont even play comp, i just play casual mystery heroes. i do play a little different, (switch joycon and drawing tablet) but ive played that way for like 5 years. i dont know what could have triggered this… i just want to play the game.

The only course of action is to submit an appeal through the ticket system. Players in the forum can’t assist with this issue.

yeah. me to. my overwatch account has been locked. i dont receive email and for no reason my account loced. how to fix it ?

Happened to me as well. I submitted a ticket and got a canned meat answer. I’m currently waiting on a response to my question for details and hopefully will get an actual human being to look at it. :\

same, i got an reply to my ticket that just points me to the EULA, i’ve submitted an additional response asking them to look deeper into the ban. fingers crossed

Yea same thing happened to me. No email or warning. So far no one has answered my ticket after the bot response. Never had any action taken against my account before either.

I got the same issue last night. Was kicked off on PS5 while doing my dailies. I checked my BNet account and the only thing I had to do was confirm my Xbox connection which I did. Nothing else in my account to verify.
I submitted a ticket to Support last night and they responded with the exact same solution in their FAQs about verifying security and closed my ticket. It was no help at all. I am still locked from all platforms. This is truly infuriating.

Same here, little upset this has happened, especially with how linge ive been on this game and how much money ive dumped i to it, youd think theyd take care of players especially the ones who have been with them since launch but now idk what to think. Hopefully it gets resolved

Blizzard CS on Twitter replied to me about my issue and told me when I submitted another ticket to make sure to let GMs know I already tried the solution they gave me. I really hope I get an actual reply this time and not a canned one. I also hope they don’t close my ticket without resolving it again.
I’ve been playing since OW1 and this is the first time this has ever happened to me.

My account got locked as well since 2 days ago, no idea why, didn’t receive any email or explanation, nothing on the website, wrote ticket and some robot answered me check eula and code of conduct stuff.

An account lock and an account ban are two separate things. The first is just a lock you need to bypass by performing the security check. The latter is a termination of your license.
