Banned midgame, unknown reason and received no email. help!

hey, i dont know if this is the place to post but myself and atleast one other player https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/overwatch/t/account-locked-with-no-email-of-a-reason/34594 were banned with no email, so i dont know how to appeal the ban i dont talk trash in game in text or in voice, i play badly sometimes so maybe i was reported for that? i have max level endorsement for whatever thats worth. i dont cheat. heck i dont even play comp, i just play casual mystery heroes. i do play a little…
