Banned from Lucioball

I do not remember being banned from lucioball last year, but this year I could not play a game competitively and I would like to know at least why? : v

Same problem here. I tried to contact support but they sad they cannot see anything. Basically ._.

i was banned last year but im still banned this year in comp lucio ball too

i have the same problem but i was banend last year from season 5 not from the copa itself i made a post myself about it just now

Maybe you got a permanent ban.
