When is this thing going to be removed from aram? Hammer got removed because of her AA range allegely being too hard to overcome, yet this thing has global Q with no CD, unavoidable % damage at 16 from multiple sources and, unless lucky enough to get offered a hero who can spend his CD to clear creep, whole map covered by it.
How is that not more abusive to enemy than static AA bot?

I thought she was just broken? I tried her in Qm and it takes 4 ppl to deal with me.
I always thought the % damage on roachlings was too much. Just the hunter killer would have been enough.
With those remove X hero from ARAM it just makes me think people expect way too much from a clown mode.
Zagara has always been high-ultra high tier in ARAM⌠I think the changes have just encouraged people to bother using her for a change.
I agree with DrSuperGood, this isnât related to her current OPâness (which is an issue admittedly in Storm League).
In ARAM she has always been super strong. I canât log in atm, but I have something like 85% win rate with her in ARAM after maybe 50 games. Whenever presented with a Zag pick Iâve taken her.
I also always take Nydus in ARAM so that she gets a mobile healing fountain to be placed at will anywhere on tumors.
The thing is, she is not necessarily as oppressive as Hammer, who can destroy an ARAM game just by existing even if the player started playing HotS a few minutes ago. Hammer ban is understandable.
It still takes plenty of positioning and skill to be useful as Zag in Aram, especially if you are an ability spammer, you will run out of mana very fast.
If theyâre gonna make her pvp stronger it would make sense if they halved her Q dmg vs structures like they did with liming back when she was kinda op.
Sheâs just broken.
If I dare to dive her with my Illidan, she can just stand and literally kill me in 1.5 seconds.
I also tested to see who would win between Tychus and Zagara. Zagara just standing there and spamming her burst & Tychus just standing there using minigun with his lvl 13 self-healing. Both heroes lvl 13.
Zagara can just stand there, spam her abilities and kill Tychus using minigun faster than Tychus can. In fact, she can kill Tychus before the self-healing from âThatâs the Stuff!â kicks in. The self-healing will kick in after minigun expires, which is usually 3 seconds. Zagara killed Tychus at lvl 13 in 1.9 seconds. Just standing there and going through her spells.
You forgot to mention how she can heal in Nydus, and who cares? Itâs aram. If every single person got what they wanted in Aram weâd have 20 heroes to pick from, and a lame version of QM.
You are a bad Illidan then. I eat her with Illidan everytime I see her if she dont have anyone to back her up.
As Drsupergood said, Zag has always been a strong pick in ARAM. What changes sheâs gotten have sparked enough people to actually be willing to play her, and âabuseâ some of the unfamiliarity players have with what she can do.
Several summoner heroes get nerfed/buffed with topics around showing they donât have much clue as to why such changes where made (eg Azmodan q build getting buffed when other options have been out performing it) and Zag isnât a stranger to seeing hurtful nerfs that reduce her ability to win in lane, siege forts, and backdoor the core are netting her wins people havenât seen, let alone considered.
Nazeebo has gotten a few topics in a similar light â oh heâs so weak â when people forget that just a small nerf however long ago pushed them out of the âoppressive limelightâ where it was announced a âhow could the devs not foresee this as problematicâ with people neglecting what numbers where changed, and how much it is the player base shifting from trend-followers to the unfamiliar getting caught off-guard.
Thatâs part of why game changes are less about some objective realization of âbalanceâ and just responding to popularized trends by people that just bangwagon around things that get changed, rather than discover some âhidden opâ hero all along.
Or rather, itâs part of why discussion/rants only fixate on things being op/up and little else.
Yes, itâs easy to eat Zagara as Illidan if sheâs alone and is not near a tower or her team, especially if it gets into the late game. Thatâs a pretty specific situation that is not always going to occur. Most higher level players know not to leave themselves open to getting solo ganked by Illidan far away from their team as the game timer ticks on.
If Zagara feels safe enough to challenge Illidan, that challenge will go a long way with these current buffs. Also, you know, consider that youâre the bad Illidan? You prob are not facing Zagaras who are going to wait for you to use both Q and W and then predict where you are going to attack-move before unloading the full might of their burst in your face.

the 3 roachlings have a cooldown of 9 seconds, and each one has 800hp at lv 16
(which is when Corrosive Saliva makes them OP) so if you spend time killing them bravo,
you wasted your time because theyâll be back up a moment later.

the ridiculous idea to give them percentage dmg is the problem.

Itâs not a âclown modeâ to the people who mainly play ARAM.
To them itâs just as deserving of attention as any other mode. You calling it a clown mode is insulting.

Just got this ARAM match. Itâs kinda Zagara vs Zagara showdown. Though, our Sylvanas blamed me for picking Nydus.
She plays the mode the wrong way. ARAM is just a mode where people just mess around in. If you got blamed for a talent pick she dont like then thatâs her problem.
But problem is people now treat every mode apart from AI like it was ranked.
One mistake and you get flamed and reported.
