Doesn’t have to be very meta either!

Anything with a potential to be absolutely generic, at the expense of being great at just one thing.

Whether it is D build Tassadar, Q build Jaina or even Q build Ming.
(Okay. Q build Ming is difficult to enjoy recently due to so many popular summoners recently.)
I like to just keep pushing and ideally win. Core is more intense, both defense and offense.
Did the same in RTS. Unstoppable force emerging from the immovable wall.

Also, my old PC, Intel i7 and triple digit GPU, with a life of 9 years. That build was almost as powerful as my newer gaming laptop, but it was stable, and it didn’t keep

Current one obviously. Game still has many flaws but they don’t have the financial incentive to buff certainly chars for this week’s financial gain, so it’s somewhat balanced.

My favorite build for my main which is Valla is [T3232223,Valla].

Talent lvl 1 - Creed of the Hunter

Talent lvl 4 - Death Dealer

Talent lvl 7 - Hot Pursuit

Talent lvl 10 - Rain of Vengeance

Talent lvl 13 - Tempered by discipline (Self Heal): a Personal Favorite.

Talent lvl 16 - Seething Hatred

Talent lvl 20 - Acrobat (Triple Vault)

On Yrel

It used to be a very defensive build to watch my backline and be very tanky, but I’ve grown bored of it. My mechanics stepped up and I could do way more.

Now, it’s being super aggressive, lots of AAs and E resets.
[T3222322,yrel] https://psionic-storm.com/en/builds/yrel-27526/#buildn=1
Charge E from fog, jump behind a squishy enemy, AA twice, D+E, AA, R+D+E, AA. At 16, rotate and channel (1 sec) W and Q in between AAs and D+E.

At lvl 20 Clip: https://streamable.com/ie6067 and https://www.reddit.com/r/heroesofthestorm/comments/1ckpain/jump_around/
Great in a 2v2 to 3v3. Need to AA and land E, so it’s hard to play in a 5v5. Insane heals and damage if pulled off.

That’s cool, any tips on how to play it?

Hey, my favorite build has got to be Jaina’s Blizzard build.

I like this because it has changed so many times and Jaina was my first hero, but I still come back to this build in any PVP situation.

I think it requires some patience and it requires you to skip picking Icy Veins which some would say is one of the most powerful talents in the game (they have a website named after it for gosh sake). But if you manage your mana and get to 16 you can take camps in one cast and just wreak havoc on structures in your Lunar Jaina dress which is one of the best skins in the game.

Oh, I was going to part 2 on AA Valla, but you already did it. I do Manticore at 16 , but everything else is the same. And also one of the first heroes I got at the beginning of the game.

Furnace Blast Butcher with an Anduin Lightbomb for double circles of doom, right into the middle of the enemy team. If the enemy team doesn’t have a timely cleanse or protection effect it is usually a wipe.

You can’t achieve a wombo like this with Lamb until level 20, and even then it won’t be as explosively spectacular without teammate contribution.

[T1231224,Azmodan] Laser Build to be honest im not sure why I pick this 13 except for making the build look more pleasing but I never felt a difference when playing other azmo builds without the 13 maybe it’s truly great maybe it’s useless I can’t tell.

My fav build is a full reckless attack speed zuljin, but it has 2 major issues. 1, you are a massive target. 2, healers seem to LOVE padding off of you, killing the builds viability.

Bruiser build Li Li. It is trait and serpent talents, and makes you even more stupidly evil.

Dagger DoT on Sylvanas: Unfurling Shadows, Lost Soul, Remorseless, and Life Drain. Bots let me get away with stacks, so I hear dings throughout the match, and usually get enough stacks that unless the A.I is Elite and/or burst heavy I can usually just face tank them post level 16.

Unstable Poison earlier on makes mobs go poof after a while. Lots of dings, lots of AoE, and just lots of fun.

Stitches: Fart build. I am getting Patchwork at level 1, Vile Cleaver at level 4, Putrefication at level 7, Putrid Bile heroic, Meat Hook at 13, and Puverize at level 16.

I am crop dusting the bots, stinking up the joint, and they can’t do anything about it as I heal off of them. I become a damage absorbing smelly sponge. The Cheeto dust in the bottom of the bag. The peanut butter stuck in the carpet.

It’s a crowd of innocents stuck in an elevator with someone who ate sushi at an all you can eat buffet at the local Mexican restaurant and I just hit the emergency stop button.

Abby roach build: Increased mines, talents that increase locusts, Monstrosity, and just creating a situation that requires an excessive number of raid cans to solve. Not one I pick often as I try to help teammates out, but every now and then I decide to be selfish with the goal being to gnaw on a lane as much as possible to get that sweet siege damage up into the clouds.

I feel like I am laughing way too much at this, I’m doing it while I’m trying to study, while I’m at work, for no reason at all. But it is an accurate description of it, and I would not have it any other way. You have brought joy and laughter into my life

I one tricked this hero since alpha. All I played since then is Valla, have around 15K games with her, also the same build.

There is nothing i can do or say that can top this level of descriptive detail for a build. Thanks for the laughs!

A build that stands out for me is dragon alex. Pretty dull on the lead up but once you hit 20 it all ties together. You play as a literal god capable of soloing teams.

Honerable mention goes to my boy Xul. Not for any spec in particular, but the fact that each build feels so vastly different. The versatility is amazing and gives great replayability. You have:

  • Swish, swish, choppy, chop build. Feels good with level 20 poison for the tanky heals. Bonus points for nostalgic Weaken curse sound effect at level 16,
  • scythe spam, mega slows with level 20 skeletal mage upgrade for big 50% slows and mage procs,
  • skelly spam, jailer, single target burst build complete with nostalgic amplify damage curse sound effect after getting level 13 bone prison upgrade.

They all feel so different, i cant decide.

  1. Ossein Renewal
  2. Paralyzing Rage (mace swing with buffed slow
  3. Drain momentum (speed buff on drain)
  4. March of The Black King
  5. Unyielding Despair
  6. Crushing Hope
  7. Death March

Recently I had a lot of fun and success with this. Never really took march before becouse who would pass entomb. Especially lvl 20 variant with silence… that alone can break the team.

Then I found one funny thing… effects stack up and you can cast more strings on the same target. Which is insane and should be illegal.

How it comes together… you can activate strong selfheal from lvl 1. Can apply hard slow with lvl 4, with 7 you are no longer slowed when casting drain and gain huge speed boost if the string lasts 4 seconds (every single one). March give you unstopable so you can plow through gaz bomb, diablos apocalypse and other mess, getting strong heal for every hero hit. With lvl 20 variant you cast drain on everybody in range (used to think its only on those hit with last swing, but no, its everybody in range). Usually these things casts untalented version but not drain. Every string casted with lvl 20 march shares all the upgrades you put into it.

This means if you hit a good march you gonna cast about 4 strings. When you pop ossein the heal from it and from drains makes you almost immortal. Every single string reduce cooldown time for next one so you can cast it fast. Ideally on the same target. When the strings expire, they do hard extra damage and you get speedboost for each one. Now you are running around with unholy speed and can even swing mace for some slow on top.

It is great a fun, easy to set up, keep deciding teamfight and you feel like gigachad doing it. Just plowing in the middle of the opposing team and breaking it. At least in lower gold that is. Better teams try to get out of the reach becouse channeling is long. However still often somebody gets picked becouse they scatter like roaches. I bet with even better teams you need to work much harder to get a good moment and entomb would be safer choice.

Ps: If you have morales, try to take march, speed buff and both aa talents. If morales stim you while marching, you gonna soon get speedboost from strings as well. Not univeral at all but about triple attack speed and movement speed looks pretty good :skull:

I like my sustain build Khara with 7 side strike, Pretty much 1 v 1 most heroes, while if allowed to attack will do great heals while getting descent damage.

Basically it’s my QM build :stuck_out_tongue:
