Yeah this build goes nuts when you get that perfect swing on 20, the more you hit the more you are a hazard to multiple people.
My favorites are the builds that clap those cheeks! 
On Qhira (No I don’t actually like Qhira as a hero.)
Maximum Effort (Level 1
If Carnage damages the same enemy Hero 3 times it deals an additional 108 (+4% per level) damage and Slows by 25% for 2.5 seconds.
I just noticed Icy veins now suggests this talent.
It’s almost always been my go to when I play Qhira. People who want to go full AA go with “Finishing touch” even though this is still the best talent in an AA build. You deal more damage when your enemy is constantly slowed than you would with an Attack speed buff. Also it makes it easier to land E, also it lets you peel.
Your Pain, My Gain (Level 4)
Basic Attacking an enemy Hero causes Qhira to gain 10 Armor for 3 seconds. Stacks 3 times.
Why would I not want 30 armor? Your Q and E your target, and by the time they can move, you’re already at 20 armor. In the solo lane this makes people cry. They think it’s your healing saving you, but when you remove 1/3 of the damage coming your way and you have healing, you tend not to die.
The Thirst (Level 7)
Carnage heals for 50% of the damage dealt to enemy Heroes. Anytime Carnage damages an enemy Hero, Qhira’s next Basic Attack within 4 seconds against an enemy Hero deals 15% additional damage, stacking up to 10 times.
Hey, I’m constantly healing, without using blood rage! You COULD go with “The thirst”. But if you need the heal when your enemy is over 50% HP, your talent doesn’t exist. I play Solo a lot, so I’m married to The Thirst.
Lvl 10.
Neither option is very good. Whichever.
Chainsaw (Level 13)
Carnage’s cooldown recharges 100% faster while an enemy Hero has maximum Blood Rage stacks.
The hunted could be ok, but with the earlier talents you took, Chainsaw does so many things it becomes a must pick. Plus, “The hunted” is what gets Qhira players killed, going after auto attacks no matter what, like a Nazeebo walking to his doom to get stacks. Chainsaw lets you do stuff at range over and over while healing.
Lvl 16. You get a longer stun that’s now AoE, are you really going to pick anything else?
No Sanctuary (Level 20)
Nearby enemy Heroes below 50% Health are revealed and you gain 20% Movement Speed while an enemy Hero is revealed by you in this way.
Additionally, you deal 20% increased damage to these revealed enemies.
No Sanctuary is BROKEN!!!
Before I knew Qhira was kinda bad, I thought for sure this talent would get nerfed. With your extra move speed, and your slow on Q, you only die if you do something stupid. AND you always have vision on weaklings, wherever they are. And they won’t escape you, because you run like the Flash.
There are still misguided people picking “Silent Killer”
The hotness right now is to take Lingering Ailment (-35 armor on E and D for 4 sec). Any frontline melts against it.

I would pick it if I thought my team mates would follow up on it, as would be logic to do. But since logic is a rarity in HotS, I go with a talent that will have value reguardless of my team’s IQ.

Just…Johanna in general. She is such a dork against the A.I that I love it. Whatever means I can take so I can sit on the bots as they polish her armor I am taking.
Maybe I just want to cuddle with the bots…so I take every condemn talent to keep them near me. Or perhaps I just want sit amongst them with a beefier hp bar with Iron Skin used because it has a cooldown. Or snort healing globes so I can use Law of Hope because it has a cooldown.
Most recent game I went out of my way to get hit as much as possible in the hopes of getting an absurd Bulwark or Guardian award. I got MVP instead with no showing of being a damage sponge.
Oh, is that a pool of lava? Gonna swim in it! Kharazim using Seven-Sided Strike? Hit me!
