Hi,
Whenever I try to join a game of any mode. I always get the message “you cannot enter matchmaking queue because your status has been locked” even thouh it starts the search for a game it never finds any. This happend after I force quit the app. Also I’m on a MacBook. I tried all the steps on other forums but nothing helped me.

last time i had that happen i just closed HotS and Battle . net.
then i went into task manager and made sure there were no open instances of “HeroesOfTheStorm”, “Battle . net”, and “Agent”. if i found something then i closed it using “end process tree” instead of just “end process”.
…and then i just opened the game back up. things seemed to work.

wow… cannot add link for blizzards own site now. battle dot net. they use to have it whitelisted. how strange. never mind its the name of the windows process itself.
I already tried checked and even restarted the whole system and I still get the same message

So it fixed it’s self overnight and now it works properly. Thanks again for help
Still broken here, for the past few days and multiple machine reboots, on both Mac and PC.
