Wrong Hero Bundle was added to my account

The wrong Hero Bundle was added to my account (unbeknownst to me) and now I am unable to buy the others. I asked support if they could do anything but they insisted that I was past the refund period. However, I am not looking for a refund, I want this removed from my account so I can buy the one I tried to buy (flex bundle.) Not sure how this bug exists, and I’m frustrated that support isn’t willing to fix this issue that is out of my control. I wouldn’t even consider it a refund since I don’t want the gems back, I just want the pack. Anyone able to help?
