Why pick Tracer when you can play Valla instead?

Why play snipe master Nova when you can pick Raynor and deal same damage with auto attacks at the same range, which also don’t punish you severely with each miss. Plus you get armor, self healing and a knockback.
Why pick Kerrigan to pull + stun targets when Alarak is a much improved version in every way.
Why pick Gazlowe at all now that Probius is considerably buffed?

I can answer this question as player of those 2 heroes.
Kharazim is more mobile and bursty healer with Iron Fist, SSS and his Q dashes. You can use Kharazim to focus backline dmg heroes, like Li Ming or Hanzo, and strike them down.
DP can be used to save someone from hard focus or abilities, like Last Rites/Pyroblast, what can just overdamage your healing.

Valla can be scary with her AA build but Tracer has a lot more mobility.
But not the damage, this is alone why I don’t feel like I should be oh yeah lemme pick Tracer, because Valla is a burst powerhouse and her mobility is also fine whilst she has a lot of usage in defensive utility.
