lucio needs no nerf, i find it funny the lucios who pick high five thinking it might be good. when it still is a garbage talent. sound barrier is better in nearly every situation. unless they are HEAVY CC like double healer uther and another tank like diablo levels of CC. but other than that. sound barrier is a must pick
Lucio is like TONY HAWK. He just wall rides and combos forever.

Li Li never updates for anything since 2019 I need to something that Li Li along with Medivh for long?
Sure that I know it about that Overwatch heroes that I can find to this updates in same way.
Lucio never updates throughout 2020 same for Valeera which I want to updates for something more.
We have a new balance guy so lets let him find his feet. Even though he’s an internal hire, he may want some time to evaluate the current meta and see what happpens. Relax.
