Please list your top five characters who need reworks–don’t be shy, there’s quite a few poor/outdated hero designs that could be refreshed, whether talents, ability changes, or full blown new Abilities ala Tassadar.
I’ll collate the results after I get a few

Edit: Appears that the main five people want reworked are:
Dehaka is having it pretty rough among bruisers at the moment, even worse than Artanis. He is too dependent on Brushstalker to be fully effective, and too many of the newer maps just do not cater to his play style. His ganks rely on the element of surprise, and if he is forced to waddle up to people at his normal walking speed, he won’t get anything accomplished.
Touching up his talents so he isn’t as fully reliant on Brushstalker would likely be more easy than redoing maps such as Hanamura and Volskaya.
I get that he’s not very universal but when the stars align he’s a really strong hero.
Pure brushstalker talents are when you’ve got the space to pick them. Fast boi with armor weaving in and out of bushes to lick your team is my favorite character fantasy in this game. The idea of more reworks scares me because nearly all of them changed a hero that I enjoyed into one more viable but just stopped appealing to me. That and the Tassadar thing moved a lot of my games played into the ranged assassin category so now my profile looks just like everyone else’s.
He’s got a lot of tools for navigating fights already, on top of having tons of EHP and decent damage. The way I see it, unless the rework is a total identity upheaval then changing him so that he’s playable in higher ranks could easily make him into a pubstomper for the metal leagues, which in turn would just get him nerfed again.
This might just be me griping but I think Falstad needs a serious lookover.
Every time I see him played he’s just a global body soak with Gust. I never see his player do anything outstanding in lane, 1v1s or even teamfights. They just pick Gust and count of their team to capitalize on it. And when they don’t pick gust it feels like they could be doing what he does much better as basically any other mage from they way they play him.
He’s built like some kind of chase aa/mage mix but all he can do is rundown weakened heroes since he’s just way too squishy to handle a duel with any of the popular picks. The amount of times I’ve seen a cocky falstad just get annhilated greatly exceed that of any time a Li-ming overextends.
Nova and Valeera desperately need a rework. And as much as I love probius in its current state, I would not be upset if it got a rework. Because that makes complete sense. The pick percentage is so abysmally low, it’s just sad very few are enjoying Probius and I want more people playing this hero
Which is why I would prefer to see a talent touch up than a rework of his base kit. If he had talent options that could be used to give him other options on maps where he can’t rely on bushes, I could see him moving back into the meta. His W build is still decent, and I love his Essence mechanic, but he just feels hamstrung when he can’t dip in and out of bushes.
Which is likely the reason he struggles so much in ARAM. It would be nice to have reasons to pick him in that mode, too.
According to the stats on Heroes Profile (yes, I know), he is languishing with a 44% win rate. He is definitely fun to play, but he loses on almost half his kit and a large number of his talent choices because of the lack of bushes. His SL win rate isn’t much better at 46%.
He used to be one of the most contested bruisers, and now you hardly ever see him. I would love to see that change.
