Nova apollo suit. Reduces stealth cooldown from 3 to 1 second… Pretty nice for a level 4 talent gotta admit though.

Probably Stukov. Don’t really like anything on his 20. I feel compelled to take the triple swipe on 20s charges each time because it’s the least bad thing on that tier.
His other ult upgrade is also awkward if I want to counter a fat hero like Chogall. Why would I want to push them faster so they can rejoin the fight sooner, and reduce my armor time period?

Anyway I honestly don’t like Uther’s, everything except the revive kinda sucks.

I don’t like Auriel 20 (I almost always take only shield of hope). I don’t like Stukov 20. I think Greymane lv20 talents are crap. That’s just my opinion.
Almost all other heroes have amazing 20’s.

Zeratul’s AA talent, buff when?
I’ve never been a big fan of Cassia’s 20s, aside from the infinite bouncy ball. I mean, they’re not bad, they’re just unexciting. It doesn’t help that she’s only got two choices.
EDIT: Actual worst 20 is Big Tuna Kahuna. Barely any extra health with a horribly crippling downside.

I agree with Stukov. 20 might be his weakest talent bracket.
It’s hard to feel like any of them have nearly the impact of, say, Nazeebo or Raynor’s 20. Neither lacks earlier in their talents either.
Yrel bubble hearth or ardent defender upgrade
Yrel why would you ever get anything other than seraphim. The moving sacred ground can be fun… but lvl 20 ardent defender is awful. It requires your team to bunch up around a frontliner for value- which is bad… but more importantly- if the enemy team is by yrel why would you target her with her ult up?

Some heroes have 1 level 20 that is just too good. Some ult upgrades are a nerf. Void comes to mind. It actually removes the function of saving a team mate.

You do realize that while several of his 20s are bad, Blundebuss is one of the most overpowers things in the whole game. You win games just by carrying Greymane until 20 where only Nazeebo poison and Twilight Archon are as equally overpowered.

Because bubble hearth is pure cheese and BS. My play style as Yrel is to be as humanly annoying as possible.
Bubble hearth is great for triggering people so I take it.
Embrace the BS
As for the topic itself, the TLV have some pretty bad ones. I think the worst one is “The Sequel!” since it only brings value when your dead. Its also kind of pointless overall since the -50% spawn time is still pretty long.

With stukov I take the 3 slaps upgrade or the healing on high health.
But the other 2 are horrible

How about the Cho’Gall 20s that give stacking buffs on kills. You know, for all those long games that keep going- instead of being over at the next team wipe?
