We should boycott Blizzard until they fix issues and have a real customer service response to issues

Or how about supporting them so they have an easier time and a better chance at fixing that problem if it’s on their part, since they already know about that issue thanks to the Bug reports and it is their interest to fix it?

But they do respond to problems, do you even read #technical-support?

I am guessing he does not and probably he’s problem is the one unanswered so he is salty and blaming them.

ye, i think the issue is that that thread is in the wrong forum. bug report is for reporting possible in-game bugs so that the devs know they exist; technical support is for getting help with, well, technical problems

Stop sucking Blizz off, they fail at every customer complaint! Yes I put it in this forum instead of bugs, because I know it will get more looks, duh if you want to change the problem go to the source.
