Since the Imperius update, I couldn’t use the voice chat. The voice settings doesn’t even appear in options anymore, and there’s no option to join for either voice chats. I used it before the update, but now I can’t.

Try renaming your Heroes of the Storm folder, located in your Documents folder. In addition to that, reset your In-Game Options.
I did both options, and I still have the issue.

We’ll want that DxDiag that Morogath mentioned. And in case its not listed, please also get us info on what headset\mic you’re using as well as your motherboard model. You can get the motherboard model by running this command in the command prompt:
wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version,serialnumber
