I’m trying to change the height value from 2560 to 3840.
After saving the changes then launching the game, the game will default back to 2560 x 1080 resolution.
Is there anyway I can solve this?
This is still happening to me all the time nowadays. It always resets my resolution to a smaller one and fullscreen mode even do I always set it back to borderless.

If you cannot find a post regarding a specific issue made within the last few days it is best to create a new post as the situations are likely very different even if the symptoms are similar.
As for the issue itself, the most common cause of settings not saving will be permission issues for the folder or conflict with other software that is accessing or managing that folder (Documents) We see issues like this when cloud backup services (like one drive) are set to manage the folder or if the permissions for the folder have been set to read only.
