hello, I entered to the game with my account and this account was reseted, in this case I have no progress with my characters. no gold no gifts, no experience, I want to know why this happened.
yesterday I played with no problems and today 04/03/2020, I have nothing in my heroes of the storm account, what can I do with this??

Idk I don’t think reseted right in your sentences isn’t it just reset
did you accidentally log into the wrong region?
This also happened to me yesterday. I logged in as usual, but then the game did the “step 1 process” (intro cinematic, asking your previous exp, forcing tutorial, etc…) and all my heroes, skins and all was GONE.
Please any way to fix that / to get enough gold, gems, etc to compensate the loss (and this work to get something back) ???
