Every time I launch Battle.net it is stuck on “Updating” and I have to wait like 15 minutes before it downloads. When the download actually starts it literally takes like 20 seconds. Then when I can finally launch HoTS the stupid updater has to download a file that’s 137Mb. My firewall is not blocking HoTS, there are acceptations in my AntiVirus. I have uninstalled Battle.net and removed all associated folders. This is still happening. My friends complain about having to download 137Mb file as well.

The repeated download has been reported multiple times and is a known issue. Help by searching first before posting to reduce duplicate issue threads.
One of those other threads has a possible workaround (from another player) not the Blizzard staff one which was for a different issue.
