Yesterday i updated my nvidia drivers. today, i cant play. i log in, but cant choose character. If i click on settings or friends list, it only brings up roster. ready button was unclickable(grayed out).
So, i did a system restore to a couple days ago, in an attempt to get rid of video drivers. it didnt work.
i uninstalled and reinstalled, still same problem.
Clean install your graphic drivers. Use display driver uninstaller (third part tool) to completely remove them, then use the offline installer from Nvidia to install the latest graphic drivers.
Then try repairing Heroes of the Storm from the BattleNet app.
The symptoms you describe sound more like what happens if the Heroes of the Storm servers are having issues, or if your internet connection with them is unreliable or very slow. A new graphic driver should not cause such symptoms.

I have a similar problem, after updates I can get to the menu but no matter what game I want to join, when I find a game it says “ERROR a problem occurred while connecting to the game”
