Opened and suddenly getting this message. The game won’t allow me to use any of game features. What is going on?

This error is often related to a connection issue. For troubleshooting we recommend the following actions be taken:
- Power Cycle the home network’s modem and router to refresh the connection to the Internet Service Provider(ISP) and to all the devices on the network following the steps Here.
→ Once the network is back online flush your DNS cache using the commands Here.
- Make sure any anti-virus or firewall software on the system is fully setup to exclude the Blizzard app and Heroes of the Storm.
We have seen this issue resolved by waiting, give it a few minutes see if everything loads.

Thx for the response. Although I tried different method and somehow it worked.
All I had to do is simply switch the region and reconnect.
