Unknown fatal error occurred

Today I tried to log into HOTS and got met with a pop up that states an Unknown Fatal Error Occurred. The number that was assigned to the pop up was all 0’s.

Hello ,

I understand that Heroes of the Storm is crashing for you when trying to load up the game. If the crash shows all 0s it may indicate OneDrive is causing a conflict.

Heroes of the Storm will crash on launch if you have OneDrive syncing your Documents folder. To fix this problem please disable the Documents folder sync in OneDrive Settings. This information should help:

  • Note you must unsync Documents before uninstalling OneDrive. Uninstalling the program by itself will not work.
