Unable to start the game

I am unable to launch the game. Every time I click play it instantly crashes. Ive tried all the recommended support steps, have reinstalled like 5 times, etc. Not sure what else to do to be able to get it to play
Here are specs MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel Iris Pro 1536 M…

Please help! I’ve been stuck on this for like 2 weeks :frowning:
