Hi all, I get a BLZBNTAGT00001389 error when I try to download the patch. I’ve restarted battlenet and my computer several times to no avail, which is the suggestion on Blizzard Support - BLZBNTAGT00001389
Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
Happening to me too. No solution thus far. 
same thing is happening to me = /, cant update WoW, anyone has a fix yet?
Same here, unable to download latest hots patch on mac pro. It appears to be initiating update forever but nothing is happening even after a few hours.
The following worked for me:
I deleted the Agent folder:
/Users/Shared/Battle.net/Agent
And I deleted the Heroes of the Storm folder:
/Applications/Heroes of the Storm
I started up Battle.net and let it settle in.
I then reinstalled Heroes of the Storm.
It appears to be working. All of my settings are gone, so I will need to configure things again. Worth the hassle, as tonight is my game night.

This happened to me the other day. The issue turned out to be a massively corrupted/missing install. The game is normally 16GB, but my install was 440MB! 
So after deleting /Applications/Heroes of the Storm/ I was able to reinstall from scratch. It seems to be working fine now.
