Unable to connect to Blizzard servers via 4g Phone USB-modem

In general, the same operator that was before. The archive tariff is as it was - unlimited Internet. Loads 4k videos almost without problems. I used to be able to play…And I start the HoTs and there is no long download, then it says we can’t connect to the Blizzard servers, then it repeats the connection attempt even longer - and still it doesn’t connect. Even Europe or America. The cache deleted folders. ipconfig 3-4 runs a query in cmd…reinstall battle.net…nothing helps. I even tried to contact Microsoft support. The man poked at the screen, nothing happened - he said he would contact blizzard, they are experts in this. I have a regular PC connected via Phone mobile data 4g as as a usb modem mode.

here’s some more information on ports. If someone suddenly understands something. But I do not know what to do about it.… may be it helps

TCP PORTS Heroes of the Storm 80, 443, 1119-1120, 3724, 6113
UDP PORTS 80, 1119-1120, 3478-3479, 3724, 5060, 5062, 6113, 6250, 12000-64000

So any suggestion?

For me there seems to be connection problems with the HOTS NA server since about a day ago. I could connect to EU and Asia, but the NA is always stuck at Connecting then time out eventually. Using high speed LAN and already tried rebooting and scan/repair.

So 3 days later I am finally able to connect to the Americas server. It’s so ironic that they claim to be supporting HOTS again after abandoning the game for years, yet I get the problem automatically fixed before getting tech support would provide any response. :joy:
