I really like the Reno Jackson character, but instead of an entire new character why not just make it a skin for Tycus. (Both use a heavy minigun type weapon.)
Doesn’t fit him at all, tbh.

Tychus has all the godlike skins he’ll ever need with Speedo variants. 
Also I’d rather they just give him his cigar back for pete’s sake.
I don’t want it to be Tycus looking like Reno, I want it to just be Reno running around with his gatling wand.
