Twitch drops not dropping after watching HOTS ALL DAY, any advice?

I don’t get any of these twitch drops you’re supposed to get for watching any stream playing under the Heroes of the Storm game category for at least 4 hours.
I leave twitch up on a partner all day, or switch after 3 hours to a different one, nothing.

Yes my account is linked but not the drops for watching a HOTS stream. I used to get drops in the past events but I’ve never gotten one since the HOTS Twitch Drops: Orphea Edition. This first week i got zero after having twitch open all day and night on many different HOTS streamer for many different hours.
I unlinked and relinked my Blizzard account in twitch, still zero drops after more than 4 hours watched on several different HOTS streamer.

Also I didn’t Mute the stream and my twitch status is set to online.

Can anyone help me understand why im not getting any drops?

I think you need to read the eligibility rules first before posting here.

I also thought that it will drop for me but after reading the rules, I just realized that they don’t drop for my country of residence (Malaysia) so you might be in one of the countries that are not eligible.

No idea why Blizzard changed the rules though. We used to be eligible for the guaranteed drops but not eligible for the random drops.

I just read them and It kinda stupid to just specify some countries and completely ignore the others but whatever… who am I to say anything, Blizzard do what Blizzard likes.

It’s just used to be restrictive to the random drops since some countries see it as a form of gambling (pretty understandable) but I don’t understand why the guaranteed drops are also changed this time. Seems like they just do not want to have different criteria for different drops within the same even anymore.

Any blues wanna clarify? :thinking::thinking:

Here’s the thing, I’ve also been watching streams all damn day for hours and I’ve gotten nothing at all and I’m in the U.S. So I’m not sure what’s up with the drops but I’ve not even gotten the Orphea emotes yet.

Make sure you check the Gifts popup in your battle.net client. I thought I didn’t get any drops until I saw the notification in there.
