In what situation do you get 30% lifesteal?
Where does 60% Winrate come from? I just checked on my own and she has 50% Winrate.

he means winrate right after the patch… which means barely any games done on her = ridiculous assumption that her winrate is skyrocketing and that’s QM btw

The damage from her bomb was severely nerfed, barely taking 1/5 of the life of a Lunara. How is that an “OP” damage?
Are you talking about the “Leeching rounds” talent? In that case, for the increased healing to be noticeable, she must have at least 2 blinks and it only works against heroes. That talent is trash, either of the other two options are decent.
Raynor would love to talk with Tracer.

i always love your responses cause they’re funny and makes me smile. you as a player who consider any hero he loses to immediately consider the “hero” toxic = you’re just not good enough to understand how to counter such heroes. you called stealth heroes toxic before remember? and now you calling Tracer / Genji “toxic” literally every hero you loses to is toxic cause you don’t understand how to play against them
my rank? i’m master = higher than you and i never whined that heroes must be removed from the game. but i don’t play SL anymore cause it’s meaningless so thinking being high ranked means you’re skilled is just ridiculous specially in this game where ranks mean nothing.

Merk’s been on that train for a very long time. Probably one of the biggest anti-OW people left that haven’t gotten over themselves yet.

Anyhow my original point stands - Tracer is already oppressive with an oppressive winrate and first ban material
Some heroes just don’t work and belong in the trash can. The game is better for it.

what did you thought? it’s just funny seeing people whining about heroes being toxic and act like they’re actually good player’s yet they’re whining and want heroes to be “Removed” from the game cause they’re toxic… and on top of that you tell me you’re a master player and playing since “alpha”? nice joke
also 1 more thing to make it clear. i have 200 friends on my list and i’m not ready to delete someone just to add a crybaby to my list to see their useless rank

I tried to read the op, but all I saw was baby crying.
When you take Leeching Rounds and you have all 3 Blink charges.
But how do you play Tracer without using Blink?
You can take Jumper so you get shields and if you end up using all 3 blinks you get faster cooldown on 1 of the charges, but you’re going to end up being on 20% life steal rather than 30, most of the time then.

Yeah so. Not a great talent. “Pulse Generator” though 
I liked Is That a Health Pack before it gave you more fountains.
I see it as the QM talent. With a healer, I always go Generator.

Her win rate spike is anecdotal; she just got nerfed, but also Cassia got utterly decimated by nerfs, and it’s tilting the win rates in her favor. (Tracer can safely fight her, but cannot duel her.)
