I have tried to enter games against Ai several times since last Friday, in the loading screen of the map before entering the game, my loading bar is frozen, the other players load but mine is never completed.
My software and drivers are updated, and already deleted cache files and no solution.

Hope you are doing great.
I just had experienced the same issue being stuck on loading screen with teammates for an hour.
The loading bar wont even move. Force closing doesn’t help same as relogging to BattleNet.
After trying to open game again, it forces to rejoin the game.
Do I need to submit DxDiag if it may help solve the problem?
