Rehgar should totally have that voiceline.
He looks like a WC3 Shaman, he has the Stormshield and Bloodlust like a WC3 Shaman.
He also has the healing totem and the Spirit Wolf form from the WoW Shaman and the Chain heal from the Shadow Hunter and the Ancestral Healing from some Shamany place as well but his greatest resemblance is still the WC3 Shaman in my opinion and I feel like him having that voice line would not interfere with his character.
It would just be Awesome. Think about it

I frankly think that Rehgar already has cool voice-line so if there were additional voice-lines added to pre-existing characters, then this could be one added to him or if another shaman-esque character was added in the game.
