[SOLVED]Client issues (can't start an online match)

hello there I’m having an issue with my game client I can’t join any online matches and this issue happened after I updated my game, it says "please wait " and trust me I kept my PC on for an entire day to load the characters and the game

I can play the tutorial and do challenges in the game however I can’t play any online matches because it’s stuck on loading,also my store is empty (not loaded)

things I tried:
1- deleting the game and redownlaod
2- deleting the heroes of the storm folder in program files
3- used the repair tools
4- restarted my PC hundreds of times
5- turning off my firewall
6- switching accounts

I solved my problem by opening the HeroesSwitcher_x64 as an administrator and it worked you can find the heroswitcher in Heroes of the Storm\Support64

Thank you! I had the exact same problem today and came here looking for help. Your solution of making a shortcut to HeroesSwitcher_x64 and launching from this fixed TWO problems!

First - I can join games now.
Second - I no longer download 137mb of data each time I open HOTS!

Yeah thanks, this worked for me too! Must be a Microsoft problem. I can’t remember this ever happening prior to Windows 10.
