Since installing the Hogger patch, multiple mounts and skins that I had unlocked and equipped have automatically unequipped after opening the loadout menu, and subsequently vanished from the menu all together, preventing me from using them again. When viewing them in the collection, they still register as being owned, but I cannot equip them, or even see them in some cases.
For example, the Crimson Grave Warden Malthael skin is shown as owned in the Collection, but is locked in the Loadout menu with no purchase option available. The Flames of Judgement Charger and Malthaelās Phantom mounts have disappeared from the Loadout menu entirely, though they still display as owned in the Collection. Restarting the game did not fix the issue.

Iām having the same issue! I hopped onto Diablo and couldnāt queue with the skin I had on even though I had previously owned it. When hovering the Ready button all it says is, āYour selected skin has not been earned.ā There isnāt even a purchase button since I technically own it. Itās incredibly frustrating.

For me are the DVa skinsā¦ (that I noticed so far)
I am having this issue as well with Diablo and the Nightmare Prime Evil and Toxic Prime Evil skins. It shows the skins as locked and any option to unlock is removed. It allowed me to purchase the Timeless Prime Evil skin and I am able to use it however and I am currently able to purchase the Prime Evil skin.

I have the same problem, particularly with Hogger I canāt use some voice lines that I purchased.

Yeah! Just noticed it today. As per now, lost 1 Tychus skin. Didnāt check on other heroes, but seems like a bug that GOT TO be fixed in the next update.

I have this issue too with a Zeratul skin that I purchased a few days before the Hogger patch.
Some mounts that I have already unlocked are not available anymore, while other mounts are available to me now although I donāt have them yet.
Hi, having the same issue here with a Kerrigan skin. Was a bit taken aback when it appeared unavailable, 15k gold down the drain. I want my pom poms

Me too, my golden horse is marked as āownedā, but canāt pick it.
I noticed I am missing a bunch of DVA skins, goliath, sharkmouth goliath, hazard goliath, pro dva, elite pro dva, competitive pro dva skins. Probably more on other characters.
