First of all, I had this issue for months yet I have not realized what was causing it.
Because this always made me “lag” in game, and caused the frame rate to drop down. I always it was my latency issue, and the game handles the latency issue differently than other games (And I’ll explain another major reason later on why I thought it was latency issue all along).
Just like any smart guy should have done all along (Not me, apparently) I decided to check the game log folder for Heroes of the Storm after a game that made me so fed up with the issue. And this is what I see

What.the.heck
I assume that this is only happening due to a certain spec that I am running my computer on.
I always game on Borderless mode, but I guess one day it decided to change itself to Fullscreen mode by default and it’s been doing this shinanigan all along.
And while it’s changing the display setting randomly on me, the game sometimes kicks me out of the game for seconds, and reconnect me as if I disconnected from lag (This is the reason why I thought it was a latency issue)
And after discovering this, to confirm my theory on the unbearable lag, I played another game in Borderless Mode, this is the result

It tried to change it to Fullscreen AGAIN. And changed it to Windowed mode couple of times on me, and I did experience exactly two lags while I played that much, but significantly less than before.
Blizzard, please have an explanation for this bizarre bug.
