I don’t understand why they would remove it. Especially since people will now make tons of salty posts instead of putting them in a single one.

It wasn’t actually a bunch of people. It was only really you lol. You know what’s hilarious is, the albeit pretty petty but ultimately harmless, discussion between the other party was already on its way to ending. Then you chimed in for no particular reason other than because of your past grievances for some pretty tame pushback, and you couldn’t control your temper. All because you think that someone questioning the validity that 90% of your games were landslides was gaslighting. Some impressive rage baiting.
To be quite honest bro, you have been arguing with anyone and everyone for stupid reasons and when your back gets pushed against a wall you just deflect everything and start insulting others. Maybe its time you looked inward so you’ll realize the rather toxic attitude you bring here to this forum.
Oh, and I saw the thread before it got trashed, nice little jabs at me there huh? if you actually addressed what someone else is saying instead of deflecting it because you don’t want to acknowledge it, I wouldn’t have to repeat myself. You just deflect, so I try to explain why what I’m saying is relevant with the hopes you’ll be mature and actually address it, or acknowledge it. I guess I am wrong for that huh?
The salt mines was probably removed because its purpose got defeated. Instead of people being able to share their salty experiences just so they can vent, they have to watch out for criticisms from people like you.
This is probably my last reply to you because all I can expect from you now is deflection and insults.

The person who created the original should have the honor of recreating it, I would think.

I have plenty of discourse here without much uproar. The way me and Darak sort of came to an understanding of each other when he was the ACTUAL target of my pretty aggressive criticism without going into long rants like you did should be evidence enough. In fact, it’s been quite tame since you’ve been gone save for the occasional Pureblooded/Zenasprime silliness. Some people just can’t handle someone calling them out on their BS.
I just take a disproportionate share in your headspace because you don’t like when you get called out, and when you see I do it to others, it reminds you of the many times I did it to you, and can’t help but try to white knight yourself to stick it to the big bad Volun. The pattern of you repeating yourself (and strangely the other person’s argument) doesn’t just involve my interactions. If I could count the many times you said to someone else, maybe you’re just not understanding. You just don’t understand that sometimes people disagree. You want to keep fights going on forever.
The SaltMines got removed because Blast had a hissy fit. The forum mod doesn’t know or care what the intention of the thread was for. It’s a shame it’s gone, but people can make a new one and continue to vent.
If I never got a reply from you again, I could definitely survive that.

There’s a lot of things you don’t understand, or simply refuse to accept and its pointless to try to sit here and explain things to someone who after many attempts, just resorts to deflection.
You and Blast got into it. Not just Blast. You see? All you ever do is try to deflect any blame away from yourself because you’re incapable of believing any of your actions could ever be wrong. Quite honestly I’m more appalled at the fact that the people who caused the break down didn’t get punished
Highly selfish of them to completely desecrate a thread designed to prevent all salty spam on the forums because neither of them decided to just… oh, I dont know, leave
like what what happens now, I’m aware that a… (looks at the shadow of the moderators in the corner) person is… not… remaking it
but the fact still remains that the guilty managed to get away scott free

LoL, getting into an argument isn’t against the rules. If that were true, it would have been shut down much earlier. Spewing profanities and hollow rage filled posts, kinda different. I guess that’s something someone like yourself who has been banned might have trouble distinguishing.
The worst of what I said was that someone was reaching and showed some numbers in his hypocrisy and how his sense of scale is off and doesn’t reflect reality. And then followed with I’m leaving this subject and thread. Something even Minky chimed in to show Blast’s attacks were lacking context. I mean Blast even said it himself, he accused me of taking the high ground full knowing he had no problems going low. But yeah, the blame is equally placed on me. 
That’s actually what was happening on my end at least.

Rather than blaming any specific users, I’m going to blame the forum moderator for being lazy. Rather than actually moderating the problem posts, they did the quick simple option of closing and unlisting the thread. Do they not get paid for this position?

Apparently I didn’t really get the final post, I was told something crazy went down there after I logged off, and the mods deleted a large volume of posts after the one I made.
As I said to Darak, I’m just grateful I wasn’t responsible for getting the thread locked. I really wish the Mod’s would just unlock it.
Phase has made a replacement thread already, in case people didn’t see it.
I already posted this in that thread, but people need to remember the Salt Mines is not about accountability, it’s just a fun thread to freely vent. If people are demanding replays etc., then that violates the very spirit of the thread.

I don’t know, I logged off after making that post, I don’t know what went down, I only heard it got very nasty.
The mods deleted another mega thread like this “the level 100 club” (deleted, not locked), for the same reasons, I’m not sure the mods are aware these are mega threads, or even care.
