Got extensively bullied by an aram premade group literally 1/10th my level and probably the worst part is I’m forced to sit back and not respond in fear of getting spam reported out of pure spite. For some reason they weren’t so happy with my Azmodan when their 3 melee comp didn’t work out too well against enemy double healer Rehgar+Arthas combo.
So I tried one last solo SL game.
They deny the pick of a guy who only plays 1 char, and then our Muradin suicides over and over (While saving people with Haymaker).
I am done. I REALLY tried, but those are all the games I get. I’m not going to go through the process of finding out how many of these games I can possibly get in a row.
It wouldn’t hurt talking to a karma vendor.
I get some bad matches of course due to bad compositions, but you seem to be a very powerful troll magnet.
Good decision to stop. I’d take a break and then only play a few, as much as I desire. Might even play bits of VS AI.

First game of the day, I noticed the enemy artanis was off the map for a while, so I go check our camp and he was there. I couldnt 1 v 1 cause genji early game vs artanis is a no no. Pinged for help, our DW came to help, we got the kill and the camp.
I complimented and thanked DW for coming to help, and he told me to suck a part of his body that I can’t say here.

Second game of the day, enemy team has a butcher. Our malthael keeps going in 1 v 5 to feed butcher on purpose and telling us all to suck a part of his body. LITERALLY ON PURPOSE. Butcher stacked in 5 minutes. Malthael 10 deaths in 5 minutes, ON PURPOSE.
And sure, nothing is gonna happen cause he needs 500+ reports to just get silenced…

Lol whats bad is it was probably deliberate - banned him just tp be a jerk. It’s like when you play Deckard and throw a potion at someone with 30% and a person with 80% walks in front of them and takes it.

Gets reckted out of the map by a Butcher/Maiev/Uther comp while my team are all mages and zero frontline.
3 game:
Me and Harb: Are we allowed to get a decent team or what.
Matchmaker: NOPE
Another hard loss casue we again gets no dmg and no sustain team and Aba againts a team who have Cho’gall Zag and Ophera and we get Hammer who never take camps and never defend and keep dying while Li-Ming did same dmg as me as Alex and Aba that have no clue how to place mines on the map or help out.
4 game:
Me and Harb. Lets hope this one is better.
Matchmaker: Dream on kiddo. Keep losing as you deserve.
And we did. This time we get matched with a Naz who had no clue how to play and troll Yrel who went in 1v4 whole game and yet another afk Aba. Meanwhile enemy team is a 5 stack with 2 master players on thier team with perfect team comp that we cant defend againts or get a single kill on.

Was fun losing to a groupe of ego boosters who only play qm to farm free wins insteed of playing SL where they belong lol. But thats the try hard 5 stack mentallity right now.
5 game:
Me and Harb: Lets give it a last shot.
Matchmaker: I got a little surprice for you two.
And it had.
So now we get a Murky who does nothing but die and got 0 kills and Conviction KT who died 3 times and left the game so we ended up being 3 vs 5 rest of the game casue Murky did not help anyone.
Game lost and me and Harb logs off.

One day I regret chickening out of Harb’s party, the next I’m reinforced.
Kinda wish we could have party MMR. Grubby and Cass, i.e. Gondor & Rivendell have smurfed, play only together, and seem to have a good time. They average out nicely as they did in the past, but without MM throwing the rainbow around.
One can always smurf, but it would be easier if the group had its own rating. Sure, seed it, but then keep it. I’m always overpenalized as I’m hardly organized.
Byyyyyy the way, I just realized yesterday there is one thing I like in five stacks: they force a proper comp on my team.
You should never ask this guy’s opinion.
I don’t undersrand it when you play a tank and you lock someone who is out of position down, and instead of coordinated effort from your team to eliminate that threat, they go for the back regardless of whether or not they have the CC for it. You blew one stun on a person (and likely your initiate) and they go for someone in the back that they fail to kill expecting everyone else to get kills on the back when they have just forced enemy retreat, you no longer have your CC/initiate so you can’t catch who they target, and what should have been a kill on the person you originally locked down ends up in wasted effort to get a pick and people who should have died walking away safely.
It never fails to upset me and it happens way more than it should.
TLDR: Don’t dive if you’re damage alone can’t kill a target. Coordinate and suppliment your power with the rest of your teams’ power. One kill is better than 0 and wasted Cooldowns/Mana if something like Divine Shield Uther can’t BTFO your combined effort.
He did great then especially considering you had 2 bots. What you say about the Junkrat bot is true, I’ve yet to see one detonate Rip Tire. Not all AI is equal, the Genji AI is very average/poor except when it detects the majority of the enemy team is low and that it can do a team wipe with its ult. Boom!
A less complex AI like Li Li that you would think should work okay due to the lack of mechanical complexity, is actually one of the worst Bots.
Think I’m starting to get put with the people that everyone here in the thread talk about.
Was in Silver 4 with a 55% win rate, now I am in Bronze 5 with 50.5%. Lost like 5 ot 6 in a row. A guy first picked lost vikings and said “check my winrate I carry”
Me: “winrate doesnt mean anything (we can still play bad and lose)”

Last person random picks nazeebo (of course, LOL) and never groups - TLV flames him all game long with slurs and I say “…tried to tell him. Try to be sensible and you get blocked for it”
He was petty enough to whisper me and tell me to quit the game if I can’t be positive and then block me before i can respond lol

Maybe instead of rare balance changes that not really even that impactful anymore, maybe focus on one core bandaid fix like… I don’t know… Loss forgiveness if there’s an AI in your team… or better yet, since the game isn’t going anywhere, a surrender vote button if we have an AI…

Just your average 4 am player, also featuring the super friendly Valla that doesn’t get demotivated even when you point out that Kharazim is not only top xp, but also top hero and damage on the team. 90 second reaction time to a 4 man threat with 2 auto attackers staying in a lane vs Murky, both of them not being capable of clicking the pufferfish before it explodes. We could have won easily if I didn’t have to wait until after the game to be told how to play my character.
It never ceases to amaze me to bear witness to an absurdly unrealistic level of optimism while watching everything you have left around you crumble to the ground. You either have to be crazy or think that blind faith alone will set you on the winning path in the long run. Having faith in yourself and others is one thing but you also have to strive to be better too while you dedicate your time to a pursuit.

The skill of autoattack > immediately clicking move nearby enemy target to cancel hero animation > autoattack > …rinse and repeat while you pursue them…
Is there a term for this skill?
The majority of the dps heroes I like involve auto-attacking a lot, so perfecting this skill is very important to me. But I don’t know what people tend to call the damn thing.
