I experience the exact same problem as described in Resolution messes up and mouse courser off
Resolution changes after closing the game, so I have to dig through the settings files to change it back, since I cannot access the options from within the game since they are off screen. As described by the other user, this happens since December

I started having this issue too…no clue why. I have good, updated hardware. Everything works fine if I reset it manually in the file but :/…
I am also having this issue. Have not played in a long time and came back and I cant even adjust the options in game because the cursor cannot click the options. How is this a issue this is Blizzard and they let something like this slip through.
After I installed windows 11 I cant click on the menu in game and my curser is huge.
