It literally punishes the victim.
You get a trash that afks or feeds or whatever, you call him out, and then you re the one silenced or banned.
It`s really unbelievable that even now that the game is practically dead, this problem still exists…
Played many thousand of hours, often off-meta/onetrick stuff. I communicate in chat regularly, however I don’t insult people. (Calling someone toxic is the furthest I go in rare cases) Never been banned/suspended in any game, as a bonus we win some of those games where fighting in chat would lose on the spot.
Not saying your suspension is fair/unfair, just sharing my experience

You: Knows that an automatic ban system exists if you have Team Chat turned on
Also you: Decides to use Team Chat to call out other people anyway
