This was started when Heroes of the Storm had still Closed Beta with release of Sylvanas from Warcraft last until Deckard from Diablo (prior to introduced Yrel) the Core Leaders had seen in menus:
I think that will bring back which we need to answers about rumor of Arcturus Mengsk was added in the game as StarCraft II showed up him in Co-op mode I need to know the past menu screen.
Zul’jin was my favorite because troll drum music gets me hyped.
Special mentions to Xul and Medivh.
Those animated menus were really nice, from back when they had the budget to do these little extra animations.
Then these menus themselves had hidden easter eggs within them if you knew where to click.
I liked the Chromie one where you could put a clock or timer on the main menu with some trick.
(As she is a time-related hero)
There was even one where you could play Duck Hunt (Nintendo) by clicking behind the character. I forgot which hero this was.

They were great. Once more things come back to the performance of the game.
Well I answered that Ana menu screen which I can’t find anything via YouTube I know that will see this?
It seems to be there, but it was harder to find than the more ‘popular’ heroes.
I don’t actually understand why they decided to stop these. But at the same time they were in spotlights all the time.
Back in the good old days when you could play Heroes of the Storm with pleasure.
Now I’m embarrassed just to open the game to see the degrandant state it is in and how this amazing game is almost abandoned.
Expensive.
These were really fun and I don’t see why they couldn’t be enabled to rotate at random. SC2 has/had a dropdown menu where you could basically select between several main menu backgrounds and this game is no different. It is not just about the visuals but the music that comes along with it.
Those were good times. You could feel the hype around those heroes in those times
I love this idea and it would mean existing assets wouldn’t go to waste, it would also pretty the place up. The only reason I can think of why they couldn’t is if the original designers are owed residuals. I don’t think this would be the case with Blizzard, but I don’t know all the legal ins and outs.
I don’t think it’s expensive to rip them from their own spotlights
If there is anything I learned from Planar and his knowledge (as he is in the Quality Assurance for HotS), even the tiniest feature can cost an exorbitant amount of money to implement in the game and is not as simple as just copy+pasting a video, a clip of code or text etc.
I used to think some features would be very easy to implement, but it turns out there is a lot of testing, more testing, then some more testing and quality assurance before a patch or feature is actually allowed to go live.
And even then it’s sometimes buggy or doesn’t work right. Or it breaks something. There is currently a mount bug they introduced in December that still affects a ton of people (skins and mounts blacked out in Draft modes).
For example it took me a while to understand why they can’t just bring back the old Brawls if they already spent the art resources on them. But it turns out updating them to be compatible with each new patch is a huge expense.
Well I have long enough to see any heroes that features in animation had to know that currently using an pictures again (since either Whitemane or Mephisto) I know that Mengsk or Mercy arrived will come to that.
both Ranked & Quick Match modes had to returned in March 2nd (same week as F2P rotation predicted).
Winter collection still to buying these skins & many others but I see that currently these Winter skins & mounts still hard to find here even Winter Veil Jaina skin had didn’t seen here that will purchasing it.
Honestly I miss this. I get it like the game isnt getting any real attention nowadays but this was a good set up.
This makes me shake my head.
Why? I think good players are in the QA.
The question is if there’s still a way to view these in game, otherwise quite sad and such a waste of their time and effort to have something that will only work for some time and will be thrown into oblivion afterwards.
I wish that some of the Core Leaders (like D.Va & Li-Ming) had become popular or mostly played that I can have for that. even now as Yrel, Orphea, Hanzo, & Ana would need more skins for sure as I answered it.
