Reaper Concept [Overwatch]

This one took me a while and while it’s undergone many iterations, it is likely still very broken. My goal was to have Reaper be an auto attack focused hero who relies on gathering Soul Orbs to maintain himself in a fight, and have an easy escape through Wraith Form or Shadow Step.

Strengths - High single target damage, good self sustain, high mobility
Weaknesses - Mana intensive, low ability damage, no forms of cc, susceptible to stuns during escape methods, which have high cooldowns.

Q - Wraith Form - 60 mana - 12 seconds - Become immune to damage, but become unable to shoot for up to 3 seconds. You are able to pass through units.

W - Black Veil - 23 mana per second - 1 second - Deal 8 damage every 0.25 seconds around you up to 5 units away. Damaging an enemy hero 12 times within 6 seconds grants a Soul Orb. Can be used during Wraith Form.

E - Shadow Step - 75 mana - 14 seconds - After 1 second, teleport up to 6 units. Takes another 0.75 seconds to complete teleport, during which you are immune to negative effects.

Trait - The Reaping - Heal for 10% of all physical damage dealt. Enemy heroes drop soul orbs on death that last 10 seconds and restore 12% of your missing health on pickup within 1.5 units.

R1 - Death Blossom - 80 mana - 70 seconds - Deal 80 physical damage to all enemies within 4 units every 0.25 seconds. Lasts 4 seconds.

R2 - Nightfall - 60 seconds - After 1 second, unleash a stationary veil of shadow in a 6 unit range around you that lasts 6 seconds. Enemy heroes who contact the veil are slowed by 25% and have their vision reduced by 75%.

Lvl 1
Unfinished Business - Quest: Reaper’s first takedown against every enemy hero increases his basic attack damage by 5%. Reward: After killing every hero once, increase your basic attack range by 1.
Consume Souls - Quest: Collect regen globes. Reward: Each Regen Globe collected increases the healing from Soul Orbs by an additional 0.25% of your missing health, up to an additional 10%. After collecting 20 regen globes, decrease the number of times Black Veil needs to damage a hero for a Soul Orb by 2. After collecting 40 regen globes, decrease it by an additional 2.
Dark Step - Increase the range of Shadow Step by 1.5 units and reduce the cast time by 0.35 seconds.

Lvl 4
Dime a Dozen - Increase Black Veil damage against minions, mercenaries, and monsters by 150%. Whenever a nearby minion dies, restore 1.5% of your missing health and mana.
Blood Moon - Regen Globes count as Soul Orbs. While under the effects of a regen globe, Black Veil costs no mana.
Cloaked in Shadow - After teleporting with Shadow Step, become stealthed and gain 20% increased move speed for 2 seconds

Lvl 7
Hellforged - Basic attacks heal for 10% of the damage done, stacking with The Reaping.
Cruel Limits - Increase the mana cost of Black Veil by 10, but increase its damage by 75%.
Shadow Form - Enemies damaged by Black Veil have their armour reduced by 3 for 2 seconds, stacking up to 15 armour reduction.

Lvl 13
Phantom - Wraith Form increases your move speed by 15%, and its duration is increased by 1 second.
Black Death - Enemies damaged by Black Veil have their healing reduced by 30%. Whenever you gain a Soul Orb from an enemy hero through Black Veil, increase the healing reduction to 75% for 2 seconds.
Fear the Reaper - After teleporting with Shadow Step, basic attacks deal an additional 4% of enemy heroes’ missing health as damage for 3 seconds. Passive: Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Shadow Step by 0.75 seconds.

Lvl 16
Feast of Souls - Passing through an enemy hero for the first time during Wraith Form deals 5% of their maximum health as damage.
Retribution Comes - When you are eliminated, the hero who killed you becomes marked for Death. For 150 seconds or until the mark is passed to another hero, you deal additional 30% increased damage to them.
Death Ignited - Collecting a Soul Orb increases basic attack speed by 15% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

Lvl 20
Blazing Massacre - Gain 10% move speed during Death blossom, and refresh its duration. Passive: Increase the duration of Death Blossom by 2 seconds.
Go Quietly into the Night - Enemies within Nightfall are silenced. Passive: You are stealthed and unrevealable while within Nightfall’s range.
Dark Omen - Repeatable Quest: Collecting Soul Orbs reduces your next death timer by 4 seconds, up to 40 seconds. Passive: Upon dying, become a phantom that casts Black Veil for up to 6 seconds.
Spirit of Vengeance - Reduce the cooldown of Shadow Step by 5 seconds, and using Shadow Step resets the cooldown of Wraith Form. Passive: You are unstoppable during Wraith Form.

Death blossom would need to do more than just be an AoE ult that deals damage while channeled. Otherwise it’s pretty much just a copypaste of Samuro bladestorm

nothing wrong with a bit of stepping on each others’ toes with one ult, plus reaper’s is unique with how it deals physical damage instead of spell damage, working with his trait to heal for 10% of the damage done - id say that’s different enough
