I was in a game with my friends, we were a 5-stack. The game started but then stayed at the loading screen. we waited for about 25 mins, then decided to try and quit and remake the party. Well each time any of us tried to load the game it tries to make us “Re-Join” a game that has been glitched out for hours. When we click rejoin it then takes us back to the loading screen where it shows everyone fully loaded except the person who is trying to rejoin. Each of us are experiencing this.

Hey there! Is this still on-going? When it tries to reconnect, does this say attempting to connect? If this is still persisting for you, let’s try the following steps:
- Reset the Blizzard Account password to clear the account cache.
- Scan and Repair the Heroes of the Storm client
- Powercycle the network devices to clear the modem cache.
- Try a third party DNS service like Google DNS. This is not supported, but can help if there is a Provider DNS issue.
If it continues, clicking on rejoin and once it hits Fatal Error, log back in and retest. Let us know if this is continuing for more than 24 hours.
This exact error occurred to me and a friend today, I’ve tried everything you described and still not working
I did everything on the list down to powercycle and nothing has worked.
I even re-installed the entire game again.
also i can play every other game… diablo II, Hearthstone.
