Players dont like to soak and do pve. How do we make it easyer?
Lets make it really easy for the player by giving them exp globes. Players dont like to fight

Hmm. Lets reduce his dmg so he becomes worst in fights and becomes better at PVE.
They probably were scared a bit, if he would become too strong with his loan talent, so they reduced his damage. If his damage end ups too low, they can just buff it again.
They just need to figure out what works best for each hero rework and stop reworking the same hero for the 5 time. There are many other heroes that right now needs a rework way more then Raynor needed.
But i have no hope for future reworks when two of the lastest reworked heroes ends up being busted the next 3 months.
I am very confused, you don’t like the globes, even though they do work somewhat closely to how the old xp system worked, except that people actually know how the XP system works now and what gives XP, it also gives you more freedom to actually teamfight, since they accept you coming back abit late to the lane.
Instead you wanna go back to the old system that nobody understood, like what gave xp? minions? towers? camps? nobody knew exactly because there was no indication of what did and how far you could be from the minions, nothing.
Also Raynor is plenty of fun, his dmg lowered was obviously because of his survivability, i mean Raynor is the safest pick when it comes to AAs, i would ALWAYS run Raynor if i feel unsure and have to go backline as last pick, his dmg is way more than enough.
Were his basic stats reduced? I thought those were talents.
Also, need i remind you that Raynor initially was PvE hero, with bribe and stuff.

Macro is too important in hots. Tlv and abathur show how broken uninteractivity and macro is. Azmo comes really close with his long range but at least his real body is somewhat closer to the action
Not again. Most specialists including TLV and Abathur were all reworked and had much of their PVE power diminished and had that power shifted more to team fight PVP damage.
I think HOTS is pretty balanced between PVP and PVE, which is part of why it holds my interest.
Ace in the hole got nerved because it doesnt go with auto attacks anymore

Exterminator buff is nice but that is mentioned on my thread that it doesnt make it more fun when they nerf his overal damage

Firstly, AitH is sorta garbage talent. but fine. Secondly, it works as a synergy with Raynor’s Q. 175% of its damage each 6 or 3 seconds or even less with Unstable Compound talent. The damage was not “nerved”. It is some players who cannot adjust to the new way.

Not dealing damage with AA ≠not dealing damage at all.
Valla has attack speed and raynor has pure bonus to damage. The old version didn’t have loan, which is definite increase of damage. Still no decrease to his damage.
Now i shall bring in the talents you evaded to mention.
Dusk Wing, which serves as replacement of his old talent which lowered enemy Armor.
Sergeant Pepper which could serve as the replacement of old Execution if Blizz allowed it to be active per 2 attacks, not 3. That one i could’ve agreed on as weakening of lvl 20 talents.
But you haven’t mentioned it, thus i considered your topic as rant.
