New raynor has fell hard in terms of winrates in high leagues and is even more rarely picked. On top of that very Pve orientated

I do not care about “everyone”. “Everyone” were picking AitH because of synergy with Jaina or Arthas or any other hero full of Slow. Picking that talents just to point and click gameplay. When devs decided to redistribute it’s bonus to synergy with Penetrating Round… right, it became “weak”. Is it so hard to land a piercing straight-lined skillshot or what? Combined with new and improved pepper — pure 60% bonus to damage against pure 0% bonus to damage — need i say more?

Quit relying on winrates. I never relied on winrates. I never even cared for any damage or heal numbers in the game. You wanna see where that kinda playstyle got me?

post patch : (3+2.25+0.6) * (115/126.3) = 5.32
1.33% increased dps baseline.
avg death for Raynor in master: 3.01
Loses 6.5% AA dps during late game.
That’s not even including the stacking quest bonus from 1% to 0.75% and Q damage by 4% (CD included).

Set it to 50 stacks in late game:
Pre patch: 5.25+0.5 = 5.75
Post patch: (3+2.25+0.15+0.5*0.75) * (115/126.3) = 5.26
Loses 9.3% AA dps from his previous version.
I haven’t calculated with other talent tier, but it’s getting obvious from his win rate and damage nerf that he’s not doing good at all.

Why 115/126.3? His damage was 101 and changed to 92.

I can make it zero, i can make it 20. Numbers from trashprofile does not count as verified.

Pre-patch Raynor was also stacking 0.75%. 1% was long time ago.

So Penetrating Round is not scaling now? Or were you remembering some other distant Raynor’s tweaks?

These numbers are definitely wrong. What is this *0.75? And you set Raynor’s deaths as essential when they are not. Again, you didn’t bring his actual damage numbers.

115/126.3 is the dps. His aa speed is 1.25. It’s the same as 92/101 dmg per AA.
Data from number of deaths are from 935 games.
I see you don’t read patch notes.

  • Veteran Marksman [Trait]
    • New Functionality:
      • Loan: Increase the damage of Give ‘Em Some Pepper by an additional 60%. Every death reduces this bonus by 15%.
      • Quest damage bonus for hitting enemy Heroes reduced from 1% to .75%

Penetrating Round is scaling as much as before, but with 190 dmg instead of 220 and 9 sec CD instead of 10 sec CD = 4% nerf.

0.75 is the amount of bonus damage from stacks. It’s additive damage. Raynor’s death count is essential for the loan talent, yes.

Around 7% buff would be enough, but Exterminator should be tuned down from 125% to 100% like it was a long time ago.

So you’ve been counting his four attacks NOT per second, but multiplied the division of his damage per second? Shouldn’t you multiply the division of 92/101 instead? His four attacks are not made in natural number of seconds, there will be fractions, in which damage per second aren’t fitting well. I’d made it like that

3+2.25 = 5.25
(3+2.25+0.6) * (92/101) = 5.32

Which is making barely more damage, by thousandths, but just to be clear.

So? Boosted masters with bronse skill level aren’t making compelling or even believable numbers. Again, trashprofile belongs to trash bin.

Barely, to be honest. Let’s not forget about newly granted talents, which allow it to have less than 3 seconds of its CD, when the old one has 7 maximum with no further reduction. And +10% from AotH, mind you.

For weak players, perhaps. Not for me.

But let’s count that without his deaths, just to be sure.

yes, your previous equation was incorrect, because

actually it equals 4.02

And which still give us less outcome.

But let’s not forget that these are tier 1 talents, without the rest of the bonuses, such as Sergeant Pepper. Does that accomodate 20% bonus to AS from Execution? I’m too lazy to math it out.

And that does not deny the facts about Penetration Rounds overall damage increase. Raynor has his DPS shifted to Q build, that’s pretty much what i had in mind.

What his real problem is — Execute Orders in ARAM.
